Community outreach brings the light of giving and goodwill to the community. As a large program with many efforts, it promotes health care, encourages healthy living, and offers simple acts of generosity. Several Corporate structures exist to allow and encourage our member facilities in this effort, from the Mission Committee of the Board of Trustees to the Corporate Mission Integration Committee, which overseas the outreach ministry in all of our locations.
Sisters of St. Francis Health Services provides medical and other supplies, health care and other services, screenings, support groups, educational opportunities and presentations, monetary donations, and other sponsorships. Members from all of our organization contribute their time and skills and, in meaningful ways, touch many lives in our communities.
